Dumb my results down for me please

For some context, I have had a bald spot since this past October that has become pretty large with no regrowth even after injections and topical medication from my derm. They then asked me to get blood work to rule out lupus or any other autoimmune diseases and it showed that my ferritin was at a 7. So I got a larger panel done through my gp and these were the results. I have family history of hemochromatosis and have had iron levels that seem to rise and fall. Back in 2024 I was put on iron supplements because it was kinda low but they made me sick so my doc took me off of them. I’ve also had some bradycardia the past year or so which caused some hospitalizations because I was passing out and my heart rate was in the 30s. I just genuinely and confused because my ferritin is super low but my iron count seems fine? Idk someone please help me understand these results.
