What could this mean?
I need some advice. My boyfriend and I live together in an apartment complex that used to be a feed store and was probably built in the 1800s. Just in the last few weeks his dog was growling at stuff downstairs from the top step and wouldn't go downstairs unless we were down there with him or went down with him. We took his dog to his dad's house because my apartment owner said that we couldn't have pets anymore. I am a super deep sleeper, and the last couple of weeks my boyfriend will wake up in the middle of the night to a figure standing at the end of the bed standing by my feet. He said its been happening at 3:48 am every single night/morning. He said it wears a white night gown with tassels on the bottom of it and she wears a bonnet. He said she stands with her hands behind her back and stares down at me all night. He said that he tries to wake me up and I don't wake up. He said that he will shine his flashlight on it and it will dissappear and when he moves his flashlight away it comes right back. And then he said that it eventually disappears completely. We came home this morning and he went upstairs to our bedroom while I was still downstairs and the water in our bathroom sink was on. We are trying to figure out what this means. Or what she could want. He is worried it is following us around or attached to him. I just can't figure out why it would be standing by my feet staring at me. It will glance over at him but then look directly back at me. I tried to do some research but I still can't figure it out.
