Hi everyone,

I’m Tilek from Kyrgyzstan 🇰🇬. A couple of years ago I took a bank loan to develop a business idea. The project failed, and now I have $1,200 in debt with growing penalties.

I work full time, but my salary only covers rent, food and transport. Almost nothing left to pay it down aggressively. I feel completely trapped.

I’ve been reading this sub and would really appreciate any practical advice on:

Dealing with bank debt when income barely covers basics

Negotiating or restructuring the loan

Getting out of a similar situation

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
