Been roughly 7 hours since extraction of my remaining teeth with immediates inserted.

6 teeth top (5 at front, 1 at back)

5 bottom. (5 front)

The pain is a 6/10. The bottom denture is loose af and makes me dry heave. I've now put glue on the rears of the bottoms to try and stop the heaving.

Have taken both out to rinse the blood away and reinserted. It's uncomfortable for sure.

Now to the question at hand

I'm a back sleeper. Single pillow. Severe teeth grinding.

Would it be wise to somehow set up on the couch and sleep sitting up?

Waiting on 11 extractions and I can finally have my immediate fitted! For immediates I'm impressed. I guess I thought they'd be more "fake" looking.

I'm 46 and have aalways had bad oral hygiene. Almost time for me to be free from pain and embarrassment. It's so exciting!
