I have successfully connected my 8 entities to Claude. It can read all of them.
I then modified the code so it can write to them. So far that is basic, it can post to draft or post entirely a manual journal and create an invoice.
Not sure where I will go next. I would like a better Trial Balance akin to what Business Central uses. Any ideas?
We used concur and it was terrible. Now we have PayHawk and it is better, but has its issues.

My AP system books reimbursements to Xero directly through the API. I noticed that the 15 or so payments I made are all listed in the bank reconciliation but when I go to each reimbursement in AP, they all

I have a US entity that is changing its year end. If I change from Dec 31 to Mar 31, effectively making a 15 month Jan 1 2025-Mar 31 2026 year, will that change retained earnings (the year end) for all previous years?
I was told it would... however, I cannot believe it to be true. If so, it is a MAJOR flaw in Xero.
Also, the US version doesn't have the ability to create a rump period (3 month) or extended period (15 mo.) like the UK version does. Why is that??
I saw the Claude connector today- I didn’t get a chance to use it, but I did have time to connect it and noticed a big flaw (for my firm). When connecting Claude, it asked which entity to connect to. I inquired how I could connect to more than one- it said it can only connect to one. In order to change to another entity, you have to disconnect the first and go through the process and connect another.
We have 9 entities… seems unreasonable to do this. There must be a workaround.
