Last night I was omw to home after finishing my shift when I noticed a person following me. I couldn't really tell where they were bc we were on a country road without any illumination (3:00am btw). That made me feel really vulnerable and since most of the self-defence tools and weapons are illegal on my country I thought that at least a throwy flashlight would be really helpful.

I'm looking for something with a 100m range approx and a focused beam to dazzle or blind someone and allow me to see them. Nothing too expensive, it would be great if it was less than 50€.

Help me please 😭
