Hello brothers and sisters of r/AskAPriest I want to keep this short, I am 18 years old, I've met this friend, lets call them O. O was born a girl, they look, act, and give zero signs that they identify as a trans male. The problem is that we became really close friends, and at some point i found out they liked me, We decided to date, and its been going great. The only thing that's holding me back is their beliefs. They don't seem to concur with mine, I don't know if i should have even agreed to be in a relationship with them when our beliefs are so subjective. I need advice on what i should do, i hope this is taken seriously and i hear from someone. Have a wonderful day and God bless.
