I built a tool that turns dense proposal PDFs into client-ready explainer videos

The idea: a lot of proposals and renewals are dense PDFs that clients skim, misunderstand, or put off. Clockless takes a proposal PDF, extracts the important pieces, and turns it into a branded explainer video page with a clear recommendation, CTA, source download, and MP4 export.
The attached demo is an insurance renewal example. I’m testing whether service businesses like insurance brokers, agencies, consultants, and real estate teams would rather send clients a short personalized video instead of another long PDF.
