Any Advice? Allergies? Anal Glands?

My frenchie has only had allergies on his neck area now I’m not saying that they can’t spread but this is entirely new for him to do and he was up all night until he finally fell asleep. I checked his back end and armpits but there is 0 irritation on the skin. Could it be time for an anal glands release? Allergies forming? I’m super worried and hate seeing him unable to sleep because of this constant licking of his back paws and scratching maybe? Any advice would help me ease my mind 😅 My apologies if the explanation is obvious but he’s never done this before and he’s now 4 years old.

Is it normal for my frenchie to snore with his eyes open? I’m assuming he’s sleeping but he scares me when he does it because I always think there’s something wrong 😅 He doesn’t ALWAYS do this but when he does he just stares off into space on his side while snoring so it worries me at times. Don’t want him drying his eyes out 😭
