Hello, I'm trying to use WhatsApp Cloud API directly (no provider associated).

What I already have:

- Business account is verified

- Account has a payment method registered

- Phone number is connected

- I'm able to send and receive messages

But the phone number exhibition name is stuck under review for 10 days. It is the exact same name as the company that is already verified. Actually, everything uses the same brand name (WABA, Account, Portfolio, etc).

I tried several ways to contact Meta support but always got automated messages with no actual responde or solution.

I suppose there was some internal bug from Meta when synching things.

Is there anything that can be done? Or just delete everything and try again?
