Last week I was promoted from E2 to E3 and given the midpoint salary for my position. I have a final interview with a competitor and I'm pretty sure I'll get an offer. The offer will likely be around 15% higher than my new pay. How likely would it be for Lockheed to up my pay with an offer in hand.
