I’m currently exploring opportunities to pursue a Master’s degree abroad and was curious if Qualcomm has any internal programs, sponsorships, or policies that support employees in this journey.

Specifically, I’m interested in knowing:

1. Does Qualcomm offer education sponsorship or study leave for higher studies abroad?
2. Are there any tie-ups with universities or specific programs (MS/PhD)?
3. How does it impact employment (e.g., return agreements, sabbaticals, etc.)?
4. Has anyone here pursued higher studies while working at Qualcomm or after gaining experience there?
