Food noise sabotages me every time

I (f/35) have always had extreme food noise. I can do good following a calorie counting plan for maybe a week before I give in. Then it’s the vicious cycle all over again. I suffer the entire time I calorie count. I love food. All food. Salty. Sweet. Just food. I’m not extremely overweight but I have weight loss goals that I have been chasing for years. I feel my best around 140. I have been stuck at 155 for years. I have had moments where I’ve gotten down to 150, even 149 once but my food noise always sabotages my hard work. It’s like it comes with a vengeance. I eat 3 full meals and snacks throughout the day. I strength trains 3-5 days a week and walk on my walking pad 1-2 hours a day. I am also a stay at home mom so I have constant access to the fridge and pantry.
Please give me your best advice. As I get older it’s becoming more difficult to lose weight and it’s getting stored in my tummy. I tone my arms and legs with weights but struggle with my stomach due to my diet.

What’s your best advice ?
