I received a TJO 3 months ago and accepted it. My file was later sent to suitability review after background interview etc (2 months ago, still waiting for result). Today I received an email saying I was “referred to the hiring manager,” but the USAJOBS portal currently says “Not Referred.” Has anyone experienced conflicting statuses like this before? Did it end up being a system/HR issue or did it mean the process was over and not selected?
