Been to NYC heaps of times and love the view of the ESB from Top of the Rock.

Just seen that pencil skyscraper blocks the ESB view from a lot of places.

Please tell me you still get that iconic ESB straight on view if you go up Top of the Rock?

And where can you now get the best ground level views of the ESB?

Also, which observation decks have the best views of NYC?
