It sucks when I’m always scheduled alone on night shifts and expected to get the whole truck done. I’m lucky if I can do 4 pallets and that’s if I don’t face before my shift is over. I’m also expected to stay late if everything isn’t finished even though there’s the lead and TWO other people that come in after 5. Now we have a new lead and he hasn’t worked in frozen before and I feel like I’m already getting bossed around like crazy. I do my best and that should count for something. I swear if I get told one more thing like I’m stupid I’m just going to leave.
