My roommate and I are subletting our double room at 638 Landfair for the summer. It could also be made into a single. A private bathroom right next to the room.

• The Room: Spacious with great natural light, a Juliet balcony, its own private bathroom, and huge closet space.

• Modern Kitchen: Massive pantry, built-in dining table, and tons of fridge space.
• Prime Location: Less than a 5-minute walk to campus/Bruin Plaza and a quick stroll to Target/Trader Joe's.
• Building Extras: Elevator access and underground parking (if needed, let's chat).
