What should I do for postgrad after a BSc in Biological Science and Statistics?
Hi! I recently finished my Bsc in biological science and statistics. I want to do work towards a diploma soon. I am a bit confused as to what I can do. I know this is a personal call but I thought some advice would be useful.
I am interested in ecology/animal behaviour and conservation. However, since I have a statistics background as well, would it be better to do something more tech involved (e.g biostatistics. though most biostatistian jobs seem to be clinical) ? I have seen people recommend computational stuff like that. They say that a lot of biotech companies are looking for people to do that stuff.
To be honest, I want to study ecology/animal behaviour further and work in conservation some day, but how well does that pay compared to tech involved jobs?
