IESE 2026 Admit

Profile: Indian Male Engineer
GRE: 324
Experience: 4 years
Round 3 Admit

Was working at a small startup when I decided to apply. Not a brand name, so was skeptical. Still started the GMAT prep, but it wasn't clicking. Switched to GRE after a few attempts and finally hit a score I was comfortable with.

That switch was suggested early by my consultant. Even during that phase when applications were paused and I was just grinding through GRE prep, we had check-ins every week. Wasn't about essays or deadlines, just someone to share where things stood. MBACompass was less of a consultant and more of a person I could take the whole journey with. The best part in terms of essays was his skill to identify the right story.

On a final note I want to say that I started out with the ambition to get an admit in round 1. My exam got delayed and hence the entire process. MBA application journey is a long and tiresome process and things might not always go as per your plan. The key is to stay persistent.
