Yesterday night I tried AP and I got to SP and I said I would pull through

The first time I heard the voice of a man telling me 'don't be scared' and I answered okay but I got too scared then I started puffing like manual breathing (this is how I make myself wake up from SP)

I tried again and this time a voice told me 'come' and I got scared again and did the manual breathing and woke up and just gave up

I feel like I'm sooooo close and not scared but why are the voices so vivid. That's the only thing that's holding me back smh....idk I feel like it's the entities that is usually talked about but I'm not sure.

Need to know how to pull through if one hears sounds
