Hello! In 2 months I’m gonna go to a festival and it starts very late and there are gonna be many blue lights and I was wondering if I’m gonna be tired and the blue lights would keep being in my eyes are there big chances to do an crisis? I haven’t done one since 2019 and my doctor lowered my medications. Last time I stayed up late and I was tired I didn’t do a crisis. Any advice how I can’t do a crisis? I can’t enter with pills or anything else at the festival tho.
