I, the leader of Team Cyclone, propose an alliance with your team. Our goals are to control the airspace in Indigo, and to control access to Flying type Pokemon. Of course, we also seek to capture all of the Flying types in Indigo. We do not intend to expand into any other regions. Team Cyclone uses only Flying type Pokemon, or Pokemon whose evolutions are Flying types.
