So I've been dealing with PCOS for 20 years. BC covered it up for most of that time but when I went off of it a couple years ago PCOS hit me hard. I got blessed with periods all the time, like every two weeks and they were heavy. I tried myo inositol, got on spironolactone, and I was already on levothyroxine, but it was still bad. I finally went to a specialist that did all the tests and she was the first one to mention my liver enzymes were high. She did an ultrasound and everything was fine but it got me thinking that maybe I needed to work on my liver levels. I found a supplement for liver detox. Started taking that and I'm finally on a 28-30 day cycle. I feel that my liver was the last piece of the puzzle to finally solving how to fix my PCOS. I don't think it's mentioned enough about our liver levels being higher but you may want to get yours checked.

I really hope he walks out with Caitlin Clark this weekend. I think shes a fan and we need some more women representation in the walkouts lol. Any other guesses?

ETA: I saw she has the season opener on Saturday at 1. Plenty of time to make it to the concert later 😉
