Unstable RTX 5070 Ti overclock

Hello everyone, I need your help determining whether my GPU might have a minor hardware fault or not.

I bought this GPU about 6 months ago, and during these 6 months I have been experiencing some strange artifacting and nvlddmkm errors. They don't happen frequently and seem to occur randomly, maybe once a month.

I explained my issues in detail in this thread on this forum:

Thread: "RTX 5070 Ti - Rare artifacts, should I RMA?"

https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/threads/rtx-5070-ti-rare-artifacts-should-i-rma.350702/

Anyway, I contacted MSI support and explained all of my issues to them in detail. They told me that these were driver/rendering issues and not a problem with the GPU itself.

So I decided to overclock the GPU to see how well it could handle an overclock.

At first, I increased the core clock by +150 MHz and played games for several hours, as well as running OCCT, without any problems at all.

Then I decided to overclock the memory by +1000 MHz. I played Cyberpunk 2077 for about an hour, including police chases, gang fights, explosions, and 4K Ultra RT, without any problems. The only issue was some stuttering when I first launched the game, but while actually playing, there was zero stuttering or microstuttering.

After that, I decided to run an OCCT test at 95% load.

After 1 minute and 25 seconds, my screen flickered twice and I got an nvlddmkm error.

When I checked the Instant Replay recording, I noticed an artifact in the NVIDIA App that appeared for about one second, as shown in the image.

So, is what is happening to me considered normal, or should I consider an RMA?
