I was going to share one thing I noticed this morning but I have a question as well about posting since I am not as familiar with Reddit. 1. Wanted to share if your trying to get a quality step increase award try to get it in asap. If you don’t have a previous rating of “outstanding” it won’t be considered and we know those are going to become rare.

Okay separate Question, since we have our midcycle reviews again this month I was going to post if people wanted to use my iOS app. I won’t mention the name just thing to figure out why it got removed? Really want to help everyone get the best rating they can. If someone has pointers would appreciate the info.
