Just hit my 1 year transplant anniversary the other day!

I can’t believe it was just over a year ago that I was on a restricted low sodium diet. Of course I celebrated with a great night out with some family, an amazing Tex Mex dinner, sodium be damned.

It’s amazing what a difference 1 year post transplant makes. To anyone else nervous about transplant, you can come out of this so much stronger. I feel in better shape now than when I was diagnosed with PSC four years ago. Eating better. Going to the gym every day. Went from benching 80 lbs max to 175 now. Post surgical recovery was a struggle, but it is so worth it, guys.
