STEM OPT w/ Pending H1B COS (normal processing)
Hi!
I’m currently in STEM OPT and my employer filed for my H1B COS, my visa stamp is expiring on June 26, 2026 and I plan to travel to my country on December for Christmas. Should I wait until my H1B gets approved before actually traveling outside the US? I was planning on just doing a F1 visa stamp renewal to get back here.
After further research, now I’m not sure about this pending H1B
Please help.
