30f, biggest baby to ever exist. Dental anxiety is an all time high. Even general cleanings stress me out. I don't know what my problem is.

I'm in Canada, opting to not be put out completely but the plan is to give me the medicine in my vein or something to make me "drowsy" but awake?? I think. I don't know. The consult will be later this summer, getting them out in Sept.

Terrified of the procedure. Terrified of feeling drugged. Terrified of recovery.

I don't know how to alleviate my stress. Im getting all four out, the bottom two are impacted but not causing pain.

Big friggen sigh.
