The truth is that I had nose surgery abroad. It’s very difficult for me to go back there, and the surgeon hasn’t been very cooperative. He told me not to touch it, not to disinfect it with anything, and not to put any cream or ointment on it. But part of the wound along the suture line opened up a little.
I honestly don’t know whether I should do anything about it or not. It has looked better over the past week, but because that area moves constantly, it doesn’t seem to heal easily.
Should I be using some kind of steroid cream, or taking antibiotics? Because my surgeon keeps telling me not to take or apply anything. Has anyone ever experienced something like this before?
The last photo shows how it looked last night.

Nase op

It has been two weeks since my nose surgery, and I’m a little worried that the tip of my nose and the nostril area look lower/droopier compared to how they looked right after the cast was removed — I really liked it then. From the front, my nose also looks wider now. Will it stay droopy and wide like this, or is it just swelling?
