A couple years ago i had testicular torsion and had to get one one my testicles removed i have made the choice to have it surgically replaced the hospital i am having this done is in manchester if you are from the UK you will know the distance between Nuneaton and manchester is quite a distance i am asking for this money to cover travel costs as im low on income right now.
The surgery is to take place next wednesday
if you could help anything and every little thing would be appreciated.
