Moving to the US from Europe next year, do I need a credit score to rent?
Hey everyone I’m planning to move from Europe to the US next year and I’m trying to understand how big of a deal credit score really is. A few friends in the US keep telling me that credit is super important there, even for renting an apartment. In Europe I’ve never really had to think about it the same way, what happens if I arrive with no US credit history at all.
Do landlords usually reject people with no credit score?
