The house has been on the market for about 3 weeks. We've only had two viewings, one said the house was lovely but it's at the top of a big hill which they would struggle with. The other was a bit of a waste of time as they clearly hadn't looked at the viewing properly.

I think the price is about right for it area and broadly in line with other 3 bed semis. So I'm a bit stumped really.
