Im beginning to think my problem isnt bad entries. its entering too many trades that look good in one day.

Even when im not close to a loss limit, quality drops, after a while. the first trades i make are intentional. the later trades are more 'yeah this should work'.

do you set a hard number of trades per day you'll allow yourself? or do you simply stop when you feel your focus going down?

closed everything. looked at myself in the mirror and said session over.

five minutes later i am back staring at the chart saying, "im not trading. im just looking".

turns out my idea of "taking a break" us just staring at charts without actually trading.

how long do you guys last?
