Iv been trying to AP for a while but I fail everytime, I just can't differentiate whether if im close to ap-ing or just seeing stuff with my eyes closed. There was only this one time iv seen faint projections like as u seen thru a kaleidoscope as my eyes were closed, I tried to focus on those visuals but I keep finding my self opening my eyes even if I don't intend to. How is my body supposed to feel as i enter the astral state and what are the visuals am I supposed to see as I enter this state (not after you ap, all tho info about the visuals in astral state would also help as id know if im aping or dreaming)

Correct me if wrong if i should even focus on the visuals in the first place
