My Dr wrote me a letter asking GRE accommodations to give me extended time since he sees me for ADD. However he didn’t sign it with a signature, and instead just has his printed name and contact info, practice, etc written below.

Will they accept that for time extension? Planning to also submit the accommodations I had in my BA program and my original diagnostic which is from forever ago (14 years when I was first diagnosed with ADD). Fingers crossed I don’t need to get reexamined at a facility, I live super far from them.
