I completed probation August of 2022. I have 373 days left before I can set aside my record! I can't wait to have it fully behind me. So far it's been a long 3.5 years of waiting lol but I've done it so far. May of 2027 i will be able to set it aside. I had a 2 year suspended sentence that started may 11, 2022 and I had to wait 3 years after my 2 years ended which was may 11, 2024 . *I do think that some can still see my charge after?*
