Private chef insight
I’m a private chef running my own meal prep business here in Canada. I operate in my clients homes as their private chef. My wife has Italian citizenship, so we’re thinking about living there for a year (specifically Lucca), after we visited Italy for lover a month. Any insight on how my business might do there? I’m well aware that Italians don’t prep a weeks worth of food, let alone shop for more than a day or so at a time….thoughts?
