I am currently an EO civil servant and applied for an external HEO position a few months ago. I am going forward for interview in 2 weeks time with a panel of POs and an A-Sec. What I am wondering is, what format does this interview take in relation to the application form I filled out?

I know the competency framework is what they’ll adhere to, but do they follow up mostly on my application form answers or what way does that go? I am quite confident and proud of all the examples I gave but worried that if it veers off those into other areas I may get lost. I am new to the CS, serving a year and a half only, so a little anxious about how all this works.
