I am wondering about those jobs that keep reposting positions. There's one job that my son applied to. It was an entry level kind of job and they dropped the resume in person (which is what everyone says to do) and they had the qualifications the job was looking for.
Forward a couple of weeks later and I see that same job again. Now people have told me these are 'ghost' jobs that don't really exist, but they can't *all* be fake, can they? Are employers really picky or what's going on with the jobs where they advertise again and they should have had enough resumes to fill the position?
