I transferred within my agency to a position downstate at the beginning of April. It seems like the worst time to transition when it’s the start of the new pay year and getting everything transferred over has been very slow.

Anyway, I can see my first pay stub since the move and I’m not seeing anything for location pay. Is this just because of the new pay year? HR has been a bit of a nightmare since the transition. Nice people, but they seem very confused and it’s unclear who I’m supposed to be reaching out to for what issue.
