How the hell do you fry an egg without it sticking and breaking? I feel like I have tried so many different methods and pieces of advice, to no avail.
Duck ragu? Venison chops with a blueberry vinaigrette sauce? Beef Wellington? No issues cooking, with great results.
But a damn fried egg is my Everest.
