Not sure if this picture can be restored? Is it too damaged?
Hey everyone! Not sure what the price goes for but at a family gathering, everybody was lovingly looking at this picture. I told them I'm going to try to see what I can do to get a little bit more restored and colored. Is it too damaged? They were very excited to hear that this could possibly be restored.
Does anyone think this picture can be restored and colored? Let me know and I'm willing to pay. Have a great weekend and thank you!
