Struggling to Contribute Ideas and Understand Conversations in Meetings?

Hi,
I am a very introverted person and have always been average academically. I have been working as a software engineer at a large MNC for the past 10 years.

Even after all this time, I still don’t feel confident in meetings, especially when many people are attending or when senior leaders are present. I often feel like I process conversations slowly and struggle to contribute ideas during important discussions or problem-solving sessions.

I also find it difficult to stay focused throughout conversations and feel that I lack problem-solving ability, specially deep thinking on a topic. I can usually think through the first layer of a problem or solution, but I struggle to go beyond that.

Sometimes after the meeting (15-30 minutes), many ideas start coming in my mind which I could have shared in the meeting

Has anyone been in a similar situation and managed to improve themselves over time?

Sometimes, I feel it's because of less intelligence

Hello All,

Even now and then, you will find people in other subreddit saying bad words to us and biharis. Specifically from South India, Maharashtra, western up, delhi.

What should we do about it ?

Do you think if we have all the faults?
