If you are a young girl who moved to nyc, with random roommates through facebook, please share your experience. it seems scary, but something i really want to do.

moving to nyc has always been a dream. I am 23, live at home in nj, and work a full time job hybrid, monday friday remote and tues,wed,thurs in office. my job is in central new jersey, would be about 50 min - hour drive into the city.

im not really sure what to do. I love my job, there is room to move up, I get to leave early a lot of days, but I have always had this young 20s dream of moving to nyc and meeting new people. i dont want to lose this job or regret leaving or hating a new job i take. I really could make it work with the commute, but is that crazy? need advice because I need to move out soon, and when I do I wanna to nyc.
