“Payroll” Business Advice
I want to start a business helping people with Nannies by doing their compliance work and generating the forms they need but I haven’t ever done payroll and it’s not really payroll. They need a lot of what payroll does but the schedule H is attached to their 1040. I would help do their SUI quarterly and i thinkI just need a TPA. If i get a PTIN and ETIN am i mostly okay (in most states) what software would yall reccomend so i can legally help with this niche and maybe any other advice
