Hey,
I’ve been in a calorie deficit for a few months now (went over a few times here and there). I recently heard that if you stay in a deficit too long, your body adapts and your maintenance calories can drop.
Is that actually true? Would it be smart to go back to maintenance for a while? If so, how long? Or is something like 6 days deficit + 1 day at maintenance a better approach?
Curious what you guys think / your experiences 🙂
