Parents of dyslexic kids
Hi. I would like to ask a question if parents of dyslexic kids could please answer.
My daughter was incredibly bright. She hit all her milestones really well and on time. She spoke early and fluently and well. She had no issues learning her alphabets or numbers or phonic sounds when she was 5. I than went through some though times and mentally i wasnt the best parent so i did hit her really hard 2 or 3 times after she was 5 and yelled alot. I have since gotten help and calmed down. But my daughter who is now 9 reads really slow and below grade level and i would have never thought she would have had a learning disability. So now im wondering if my abuse caused it.
I just want honesty ask parents with dylexic children did you hit or abuse your kids and maybe thats what caused it?
