Hi! lately all of my pothos specifically has been getting insane dry spots and dead leaves. After spending weeks trying to figure out what im doing wrong I read thrips can be an issue. Now I haven't been able to see any of these little bugs until today on my neon and I found a good handful of them. is that even a thrip? Since I found it on one do you think it could be the issue with all of my other pothos as well? Thank you!!

the plants get watered when soil is completely dry. All get good to decent light.
