Support bots

I have been battling with support on 2 tickets. Both frontline and the specialist team.

I dont believe these are real humans. Maybe they are humans who use AI to generate answers. Even the phone support is following the script with a flat voice.

They are quite good at summarizing my issue, and asking me to confirm what the issue is.

However when it comes to a solution, I get wrong answers every time. It is always some standard support text related to my issue, bit never a real solution. Either these support agents are not enabled to help me, they never received any proper training beyond reading the help files, or, and that is my suspicion, they only read and approve AI generated answers.

Trade Republic, please hire and train proper support.
