$850 Summer Sublease
Hi! I’m looking for a girl to sublease a spot a spot in a modern, newly-renovated triple for the summer (June 15th - September 18th, 2026). It is a newly renovated unit with central AC and a private balcony. It’ll be fully furnished, including a massive 55-inch desk (perfect for gaming, studying, or a display setup) and bottom bunk. We also keep the apartment really, really clean!
The location is 685 Kelton Avenue. It’s a 10 minute walk from Westwood (In and Out) and 20 min walk from UCLA campus. Located in a safe, student-dominant area.
Currently, only one roommate is confirmed to stay for just the first half of summer in the triple (she’s the sweetest!), and there’s a high chance—but it is officially a triple spot! The other bedroom in the unit is a double, and currently only one roommate is confirmed.
